yes, finally, the postings!

It has been a week since i signed up for the 1500kbps broadband service through the dealer.
Yet, till now, i have yet to receive my modem , username and password as promised.
Prior to that i've also complained about the SITEX incident, in which the staff at SITEX Singnet Booth has failed to send me the application form, which she had promised.
Because of that incident, i did not manage to get the $42 waiver as promised. So, i've decided to sign up through a dealer.
It's infuriating that another delay/ hassle has occured.
Please check the status of the broadband account,whether it still even exists in your data.
The name of the account holder is *******, NRIC is S********.
Thank you, i hope to receive the username/password and the modem soon.
that was the letter i sent to singtel, complaining about the lag in their actions and the lack of responsibility these people have.
i'd been waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting since like. what. a month? yes. A MONTH. DARN IT.
and this singtel just doesn't want to process my registration.
i think they hate me.
